Thanks for taking a closer look at The Retrospective Masterclass!I'm really excited to share what I've learned around optimising and improving retrospective outcomes with you.Retrospectives don't need to be boring, pedestrian sessions that are completed on auto-pilot and through the course of this class you'll be given the knowledge, tools and resources to revitalise your sessions and drive continuous improvements in your teams!

Class Structure

The class is split over three 75 minute sessions delivered via online video conference.The Spring 2024 edition of the course will take place over March with the breakdown for each week and session dates listed below.There will be space for plenty of discussion, exercises and information as part of the course structure.There really is something for everyone to pick up with ongoing Q&A, resource building guidance, retrospective format/ platform coaching and continuous "Ask Me Anything" style support.
